Deepsnow

He was born in the year 0056, within a Demon Card base in the hardcore mountains of the north. Dr. Igor Kilkila, a researcher who specialized in new weapons and Dark Brings, genetically-engineered the infant to human perfection, and also fused the child with a Dark Bring, with the aim of creating the perfect living weapon. A young Gale Rareglove, who was haunted by the memory of his son's apparent death, decided to raise the infant as his own, calling him Deep Snow.
King placed him within the Empire as a spy, where he rose within the ranks, becoming their Northern General.
Deep Snow was next seen leading a group attempting to retrieve for Demon Card the Sinclaire piece "Vampire" at the possession of the Rave Master Haru Glory and his friends. But the plan was foiled in this endeavor by the untimely arrival of Shuda himself. He and Deep Snow would do battle, with Shuda eventually prevailing after much difficulty. Afterwards, a defeated Deep Snow pleaded with Shuda to end his life
Haja
Haja had originally been born as a fellow citizen of Mildian city - the town carved out of time - for many years of his life. Throughout his years in this city, Haja developed a special relationship with Miltz, the leader of Mildian. Over time, Haja's great ambition began to grow like an uncaged beast, leading for him to join under Demon Card to settle this inner desire. Haja would quickly become the leading head of the Oracian Six and the master strategist within Demon Card. After Haja and the other members of the Oracian Seis return to their Demon Card HQ, Haja claims that now is the time to set the signal to completely revive Demon Card and its fallen ranks. After Haja and the others enter the throne room, to their incredible surprise, Lucia the Blond Demon is sitting on the throne while corpses of fellow Demon Card underlings lay scattered around the floor. Haja senses hopelessness and performs a hand spell that releases vault #1369 - - summoning the Decalogus sword so as to bestow it upon Lucia, the new King of Demon Card.
After a long span of time passes, Haja and his master, Shakuma both head out to reclaim the "Last Physics" (Ogre's Sinclaire). Haja soon realizes that the Last Physics happens to be with Jegan. He killed Jegan to retrieve the Sinclaire.
He was later killed by Seighart.
Jegan

He was an outsider among his kind for most of his life, because of his introverted personality. He became obsessed with a girl called Julia, and was extremely jealous with Let, Julia's lover. To spite those who he felt shunned him, and to steal Julia from Let, Jegan destroyed their village and killed their kind. Jegan faked Julia's death in Let's eyes with an illusion, making him bury another person instead. Jegan also faked Let's death in Julia's eyes in a similar fashion after Let left the village, and made her subservient to his whim through mind control. However, although Jegan had intentional left one of the village's shrines untouched, bandits had defiled it during their absence and she was forced to perform her dragon trial on ground that was not sacred, thus failing and turning into a full dragon, devoid of a will of its own.
Jegan and the rest of the Oracion Seis would survive a reformed King's attempt to kill them when he destroyed Demon Card headquarters by going into hiding for several months beforehand. They would return later to find the Blonde Demon (King's son Lucia Rareglove), and they would end up in Symphonia, where he has confronted the Haru's group. They would then decide to eliminate Elie, in order to prevent the possible release of Etherion in any future meeting with Lucia.
For Jegan, however, it was an opportunity to relive some old scores, as an enraged Let (now a han'ryu) was among Haru's group. The two would do battle, and despite Let's transformation into a seijin, Jegan proved be too powerful, and Let would end up being transformed into a tree by Jegan's Six Star Dark Bring Yggdrassil.
To retrieve "Vampire"(Doryu's Sinclaire) from Haru's group, Jegan would lead an army of full dragons against them, while they were en route to the last piece of Rave. It was at this point that Jegan and Let would fight one last time atop an Imperial dragon in the skies above, as Haru and the rest flew away and preoccupied Jegan's other dragons. Just like before, Jegan and the power of Yggdrassil proved to be too much for Let, and he was forced to resort to drastic measures; Let would invoke the power of the Dragon God, at the cost of his own life. Because of the incredible power that Let now possessed, he was able to overpower Jegan and defeat him; at the same time, Let threw an elixir at Julia for her to consume, which would've transformed her into a seijin. With Jegan defeated, his control over the dragons waver, and they all depart. The Imperial dragon regains its free will and indirectly throws Jegan and Let off of it as it departs, and Julia flies for the falling Let. As he plummets to the ocean, he sees Julia has chosen Let over him again, and is overcome with absolute defeat...
Reina

She was raised in poverty in the city of Elnadia, the capital of beauty. Her father, a Silver Claimer who used to make model ships and was now engaged in puppetry, was falsely accused of stealing the Silver Ray (his greatest work, and the city's national treasure), and was tortured to death while in prison. She swore she would have her revenge on the king of Elnadia for this injustice, and got her chance as an adult, when she was approached by King (Gale Rareglove). He bestowed upon her the Six Star DB "White Kiss", which she used to slay the king of Elnadia. However, she was not yet finished, as she has taken it upon herself to find the Silver Ray, her only remaining memory of her father. To that end, she joined Demon Card and became one of the Orancion Seis.
After Shuda's defeat, Reina was summoned to King's presence to determine who would kill the boy in retribution. The archmage Seighart was chosen, and Reina followed him for her own amusement, but upon learning that he was going to disobey King's order to pursue a woman he refers to as "3173", and was intending to kill King later.
Reina, however, had a more personal stake in the encounter, as she would confront Rize's pupil Musica and demand from him the location of the Silver Ray.

Megido

A massive humanoid lion, he was the first to join Lucia during the Dark Rendezvous recruiting process due to his desire to gain more power. He drives a flying coach, and breathes massive blasts of fire capable of damaging even Endless. He was defeated by Shuda due to Shuda's high resistance to fire. As he lies defeated, he breaks the ground so that Shuda would die with him as well, but Shuda is saved by Haru, similar to the time when Shuda had lost to Haru and Haru grabbed onto to his arm.
Jiero
A Demon God resembling a scantily-clad woman, also known as Jiero of Despair, also said to be the former queen of the makai world. While human in appearance, she has great powers over ice. Initially frozen solid, she awoke from Sinclaire's presence and proceeded to freeze Punk Street though Musica manages to undo this when he creates a new sword for Haru. Her body is made of ice, allowing her to regenerate herself, and she controls magic and despair which somewhat fuels. It took a combined effort of Julia, Belnika, and Niebel to defeat her (the latter weakening her and the former giving the final blow by breathing fire into her mouth, destroying her skeleton).
Asura
A Demon God who was in possession of the final piece of the Sinclaire, also known as Asura of Darkness. While normally small and implike, it is merely to conceal his true form: a gargantuan satanic demon with a countless amount of DB embedded into its body. He has the ability to use any DB in the world and also can combine DB to produce effects. Since his body is made of DB and DB can only be destroyed by Rave and Plue, he is impervious to all other forms of attacks. He was smashed into pieces by Haru.
Uta
Also called "Uta the Eternal," he was used to defend Lucia as he prepared the second Overdrive. He was a human-like demon who possessed inhuman strength, wielding a hundred-foot longsword with incredible ease.
He has a second form where 2 horns grow from his head, giving him increased combat abilities. Let managed to defeat him after reverted to his true form, the King of Dragon race known as Jaava Let Dahaaka.
Hardner
The leader of the Blue Guardians. His Sinclaire allows him to "Restore" anything, including his missing arm, ruined buildings that had long since been leveled, the atmosphere after Haru tried a smoke screen, and all his opponents old wounds which they have ever suffered and is usually fatal (although it appears he has to touch the subject). He also carries a sword with a blunted tip since he prefers to slash off heads instead of stabbing people, thus earning the nick name executioner. He aims to merge with Endless, to forget the incident of which killed all of his comrades, wife, and unborn child, which made him and his best friend the only survivors. Unknown to him, his unborn child was alive and raised up by his best friend. Hardner also tried all means to torture his daughter to reveal the hideout of which hid an ancient staff deep underground. Realizing what he had done to his own flesh and blood, Hardner broke down in defeat as Haru spares him, only to be stabbed in the back by Lucia to retrieve the Sinclaire.
Ogre
Ogre was made commander of the Onigami Forces at a young age and attained as many women as he could see fit.Ogre also has one of five "Sinclaire", "Last Physics"; which enable him to be invulnerable to all physical attacks.
After Ogre already stationed himself with many underlings and possessed a rather powerful underwater specialized army, Ogre decided it be best to find a source to strengthen both his Mermaid Cannon, and his lust for women. To attain such a result, Ogre allied with Demon Lord Pumpkin Doryu, supreme commander of the Doryu Ghost Squad. As an allied unit, they plan to destroy both Demon Card, and the Rave Master in time.
Ogre is also a Gold Claimer, which made him stronger than both Silver Claimer Reina and Musica. However, he was defeated when Reina and Musica join force and hit him with "Silver Bond", a non-physical silver shockwave.

Celia

Within Celia's past, she would be known as the princess over Mildesta - a village of mermaids. After Celia decided to explore alternate underwater regions within Southernberg, she suddenly runs into Haru, who is also swimming through the water. Celia soon surfaces and thanks Haru for saving her before by pulling her out from varied rocks when she had been stuck - - a result that was formed simply because Haru thought she was a fish, and he wanted to catch her. Celia is suddenly very attached to Haru and wishes to be by his side; this is not favored by Elie however whatsoever. With the Rave Master, Celia would escort him through her underwater village which she exclaims to be an area of well abundance (at this point the Rave Master and the others are relatively starving from their lack of food). To the immense surprise of Celia, she finds her village in great havoc and ruins. Celia however manages to find her sister, who is the last mermaid in the village that was not stolen.
Alice - Elixer Maker

A medicine man met by Haru's gang during the journey to Southernberg island. He says "munya" a lot. Although simple-minded in appearance, usually wearing a bunny eared hat and a loincloth, he is over five hundred years old and 'wields' a giant syringe, containing various fluids, of which switched the souls of Haru, Elie, Musica and Plue around, causing confusion. Alice later cured Elie's broken arm. Due to his age, he has potions with almost unbelievable effects such as enlarging a random part of a person (he used this as a gag), curing almost any wound and restoring a person to his/her true form. He also has a potion for restoring youth, in exchange for a portion of the drinker's remaining days.

Galein Musica

Musica's grandfather and the blacksmith who created the TCM. He is renowned as the world's best blacksmith, although at the time of creating the TCM, he was only the continent's best. He turn into a drunkard after Lance killed his whole family with the sword he forged. At that time, he did not know Hamrio Musica survived.
Lucia Raregroove

During the Empire's infamous raid of Demon Card headquarters 10 years ago, Lucia was presumably killed in the slaughter along with King's wife, Emilia. His apparent death came from being shot twice in the face by an Imperial soldier. However, he survived; the gunshots only left him with a scarred face. He was then imprisoned within the 66th basement of the maximum security desert prison Mega Unit. During his incarceration, the main piece of the Mother Dark Bring, Sinclair approached him and gave him power, knowledge, and information about the world. Most disturbingly, it drew forth all of the evil within the boy, with the goal of creating a human being of pure evil that can maximize the power of the most powerful Dark Bring.
Eventually, he would become powerful enough to violently break out of his imprisonment within Mega Unit. In the days that followed his escape, he would annihilate dozens of criminal organizations en route to the country of Symphonia, where he would meet the Rave Master and his friends. He would mock Elie with a kiss, and dismiss her friends' attempt to stop him with his great power. Afterwards, he would make his way to the rebuilding Demon Card's new HQ, where the sorcerer Haja would deem him as the new ruler of both Demon Card and Raregroove Kingdom. Lucia would vow to surpass his father's greatness, and destroy anyone who got in his way.
Cattleya Glory

Haru's sister. She is reluctant to let Haru leave Garage Island. She is the self-proclaimed "Queen of "Karaoke". Since their parents were away, she had to take over in raising Haru and hence, at the start of the series, Haru is often quoting things he should not do because his sister said so. She later gets involved romantically with Shuda, much to Haru's anger. She is the heir to the Symphonian throne.
She bears a strong resemblance to her mother.
